i think you know,It’s interesting because even during COVID. I mean,I went to work every day.I mean,we had access to our office and I just feel comfortable in my office working on a regular basis. But i think younger people have figurde out a way to balance work and their home life. And with yound children around it,it makes a lot of sense to give people that freedom. And honestly, I don’t see any loss in productity in the companies that I’ve worked with and for. And they just sort of get it try to figure out a three or four-day work week and even one day at home seems to work for people very,very well. So that can’t go back to five.
