登录github，打开下面链接
https://github.com/settings/tokens
生成一个token
然后执行以下代码

composer config --global --auth github-oauth.github.com <token>

然后看报错提示里面的

C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/Composer/auth.jso
