原因是docker-compose的版本太低，下载最新的替换即可。
第一次2.6.x版本改成了2.19.x不够高，所以又报了下面的错误。
下载地址：v2.32.4后解决。

上面的设置没有效果，主要需要修改容器地址，升级docker-compose版本后可以执行
